Do you know JIZAKE?

Jizake, (literally meaning local or regional sake ) is a type of sake produced by microbreweries, usually inthe remote countryside. Each Jizake has unique character in its aroma, smoothness, and taste.

RARE OPPORTUNITY

Unlike mass produced sake, Jizake is only produced by microbreweries in Japan. This means only a limited amount of Jizake will be served at Sake Village in OC Japan Fair.
